I've heard it said the poor will be the ones who see the face of God.  That feels true.  By filling our life with little luxuries we callous ourselves to Earth's joys + in doing so dampen the ignitable greatness inside us.  Seeing these girls in tattered clothes exclaiming with joy as the ocean tide came in and out humbled me beyond articulation.  My hope is this image brings joy anew + exemplifies true freedom of the soul, in the flesh.
