Paletas.  The most refreshing thing to the stomach, but also to the eyes. It was 95 degrees and I took this photo just before reaching in the case and buying four of them. Because what if you miss out on the best flavor?  Fresa, caffe, coconut and arroz were all on tap and without shame, on a hot summer day in Mexico I made a meal out of paletas.
